It is therefore vital to raise awareness of all employees in this area in order to reduce risk and subsequently the number of workplace accidents, reducing social and economic costs that each year result from accidents. Thus, it has implemented a Occupational health and safety management system in compliance with OHSAS 18001:2007 and NP 4397:2008.
Sensitized to the importance of training in these areas, we endow our people with passport security, which is the training base of its activity immediately alerting the benefits / risks inherent in their actions as employees responsible.
Therefore we have commissioned studies of internal and external noise, heat stress studies, studies of illumination and vibration studies of indoor air quality, proving that TRATERME provides good conditions for its operations. (Industrial operating license n.º706/2009).
In carrying out work outside the security is taken as a priority. Accordingly, the conduct of technical teams is always developed with care and diligence to ensure the implementation of the work with all rigor and professionalism, following all the recommendations of occupational health and safety of customers, collaborating, and always suggesting the implementation and development of good practices.
