
The policy of quality management in TRATERME is based essentially on providing the best possible service to all its customers, counting on technical expertise to implement activities at the level of heat treatment and welding. Since 2005 has its quality management system accreditation in compliance with NP EN ISO 9001.
Thus, TRATERME undertakes to:
- Meet the requirements of customers with a view to its satisfaction and surpass their expectations, in regard to the requirements of their orders, specifications and deadlines agreed;
- Meet the requirements of the standard applicable to the Quality Management System facing the same as a dynamic process based on the philosophy of continuous improvement;
- Train employees not to fail, keeping the high standards of competence required by the current market;
- Set and monitor quality targets;
- Issue a certificate of inspection, according to NP EN 10204 standard, for confirmation of the requirements imposed by customers and whenever requested by them;
- Meet the regulatory requirements of EN ISO 17663:2009
- Meet the criteria defined by building codes, including:
- ASME VIII Division 1 and 3
- ASME B31.1
- ASME B31.3
- EN 13445
- EN 13480
- PD 5500
