TRATERME is prepared to provide heat treatment, thermochemical treatments and welding services. The thermal and thermochemical treatments performed include:

Laboratory

In order to build a fair and safe criterion in assessing the quality of our services and contributing to the correction of any defects that may arise, TRATERME has a lab where materialography performs various tests with maximum accuracy and reliability required to meet the requirements of the customers. Measuring equipment is subject to a monthly calibration with hardness reference blocks, duly certified by external entities.

The laboratory is equipped with the following equipment:

• Optical Microscope Union - Examet with magnification up to 1000X
• Micro Hardness Tester Matsuzawa MXT - 70
• Rockwell Type Digital Hardness Tester Matsuzawa MXT – 3 (Scales HRA, HRC, HRD, HR15N, HR30N and HR45N)
• Portable Proceq Equotip Hardness Tester - D (Scales HV, HB, HRB, HRC, HS) – (Leeb Rebound)
